To attend RACS, civilians must have both of the following:
1. A valid CPL/CHL/CCW License issued by your state of residence.
2. A valid Driver's License issued by your state of residence.
Sworn, State or Federally Certified Law Enforcement
Officers need only to provide agency credentials.
The question has previously arisen as to why we require a CPL/CHL license AND a valid Driver’s License for civilians. Both are not only a form of identification, but also a symbol of personal responsibility. When a person falls from the personal responsibility bandwagon, and/or starts down the slippery slope of drug or alcohol abuse; one of the first things that he or she will lose is their Driver’s License. To put it bluntly, we DO NOT want irresponsible people in the class, and chances are, neither do you.
To attend the RACS Seminar, click on the download registration form link below. Download and print the PDF registration form. Fill it out completely, and mail it with a photocopy of your concealed carry license and driver’s license as required above; along with a check or money order for your tuition fee. If you live in a state that displays your Social Security Number on either license, please cover your Social Security Number before you copy the license.
We WILL NOT sell, rent, or otherwise disseminate your personal information to any third party. The only exception to this policy would be dissemination as required by law. (e.g. Court Order, etc.)
We do not send out spam emails, we do however, send seminar announcement postcards via usps. If you would like to be added to our USPS mailing list, please send your USPS mailing address by clicking the "Email Us" link at the bottom of this page, with ADD TO LIST as the subject header. If you have a question this website does not answer, please send us an email as well.
